Brittany Holmes, Esq.
Attorney Brittany Holmes is a wife, a mom, and a southern christian girl with a law degree. A former state prosecutor and Beaufort County Public Defender, she is an experienced trial attorney who is sought out by people from all walks of life due to her her calm demeanor but assertive advocacy. When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, you can find her at a sporting event cheering on her former high school, the Hampton County Hurricanes or her college team, the Carolina Gamecocks.
The foundation of Attorney Holmes’s legal career is a testament to many things. Raised by a single-mother in the small town of Hampton, South Carolina and growing up watching legal television characters like Claire Huxtable and Olivia Pope, gave her the confidence to break through the concept of a glass-ceiling. Since becoming a first-generation college graduate and lawyer, Brittany has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Black Lawyer, 2022 Bluffton’s Best Family Law Firm and 2022 Lowcountry’s Best Family Lawyer. She was also named as a runner-up for the 2022 Lowcountry’s Best Law Firm.
